Landscape while making a call DOES NOT WORK

I have screen rotation set to ON on the galaxy S5, When I dial the number and the phone is on its side the screen is in landscape. When the other end begins to ring it rotates to portrait even though the phone position has not changed. Is there a way to get this to stop and stay in landscape?

Also, any way to get the home screen to go to landscape.

Go to the Play Store and download the free app "Screen Rotation Control" and set the rotation to auto. This will in fact rotate the home screen as well as most any other application, INCLUDING the phone application.
