Is their a way to add a new language? specifically Korean

The stock keyboard. I was thinking about google keyboard.

For the stock sense keyboard, go to settings>language and keyboard>HTC sense input>keyboard selection, and then pick your language.

And the Google keyboard has pretty much the same languages and settings.
