Question Last Galaxy Update Malware

Today November 8 my Galaxy s23 ultra received an update like almost every month, after installing it.. on the main screen two game applications appeared and when I uninstalled them a third one appeared, this scares me, I know that tmobile comes with something to select apps and they are useless and I ignore that has gone well for me, but at least it asks if I want to install them, it doesn't install them automatically.

It's happened to someone else??

What can I do to find out where this came from?
I haven't installed anything new or visited any new pages.
How do I disinfect my phone?

Are they installed apps or suggested ones? (If you long-press one, does it show as installed/using storage?)

Go to your Settings>Apps menu and turn on the option to show system apps. Do you see an app called AppSelector? If so, see if you can uninstall or disable that.
