last night my ATT Samsung S5 Active upgraded from 5.0 to 5.2. Now the screen is messed up

I only get 3 screens that swipe and each has 12 large icons, 1 of which is 12 blank icons with pluses and are for contacts. I'd like to get back to the "original" screens that were on the phone.

Any way to get this back to what it was?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you in Easy Mode?

The blank icons with the pluses is probably a contacts widget. If you long-press one of them, does the whole grid become movable? If so, move it to the Remove area.
