Last used apps in my android

[Android Central Question]

Hi. Im really curious, what does it mean if someone who uses 2 android phones with one gmail and i just found out that there’s a tinder app on his playstore. The apps says that last used was 7 may 2022 which he admitted not true. He never uses the tinder apps as he has deleted it. What does it mean? Please please do give me some answers.
