Gotcha all beat !!! I am STILL WAITING ON MY LOLLIPOP to show up !!! ... on my Nexus 7 2013.... checking every day, and no update !!!!.... they keep this up, and they will beat Verizon on how to take forever to distribute updates !!! ( Verizon still owes me my Windows 8.1 Cyan update on my Windows phone.... been waiting on that bad boy since JULY of this year !!

There's some thought that the 2013 N7 Lollipop update might have been temporarily suspended, or at least slowed down. Nothing official, though.

You probably don't won't the update now since its been reported that it breaks video playback.
