So I already know that there is not a chance in hell I'm staying another month with them but I have a $15 bill credit and was told that I could either Send it another Virginmobile user or just have it go to waste and not use it. Is there any way to get the money off the account like as a check? I know I send it to people as I've done it before but would rather have the cash then give away free money.

I'm on the phone with them now and they told me "We can't issue you a check since we are prepaid and only thing you can do is to give the money to another account.
Just call them and ask. But if you do give it away do some type of raffle

They really do. I have had to recall 6 times now because they end the call not no reason while im hold.
After just about an hour they got it to work.

Well my trick is when you call them you just say "Live adviser" dont speak to "alex" or anything. Just say live adviser and you get someone quickly, But let us know if your doing a raffle or something.

I didnt I called the tier 3 support number so i know they were from the us. I really dont see why they are dumber then the people from india that cant understand me 90% of the time.
It's no better or worse than any other.
They all run and outsource pretty much the same.
If you think this is bad, you haven't worked with enough phone companies yet.

Any one know how to set a raffle on here for the $5 that i let them keep on my account.
see virgin mobile has been running what amounts to a scam and thieving for sometime. they set price plans at a certain dollar amount,then release top up cards that usually are for more than you need to purchase to pay your plan. they get the extra cash,you cant get it back and the crap they sell on vm is worthless like ringtones,etc and you cant use the top up balance towards a phone purchase. so they end up getting your money and offer no way to get it back. smacks of fraud in a number of ways. they also try to double tax you upon plan purchase if you use a top up. youll pay taxes at point of sale..federal and state,then vm tries to hit you with it again upon use if the top up to cover payment. unless you use debit,credit or check card..they get you big time on the top up cards.
Thats why I buy the emailed top up cards with walmart.com. I only end up paying $34.86 with no taxes or the new fees they have on prepaid phone (Some State and E911 fee)
taxation i understand. but taxation once. not twice for what amounts to the same purchase. and in one store top ups are $35,45,55 then in another they only offer $40,50,60...some in other odd ball amounts that end up costing you more. the top up system is not uniform and best avoided unless you like just giving a company free money. i use my cards.
