Latest Market with PIN?

Has anyone gotten the latest version of the Android Market that allows you to set up a PIN number for purchases on their Transformer? I contacted Google, and was told that each Manufacturer has to release the update on their own. I have the latest update (I believe) and still do not have Market version 3.1. I ask because my 4 year old has managed to make in-app purchases in 3 different apps to the tune of about $70! Not good.

Plan B: Try App Protector Lite or Pro from Carrot App. I use it extensively on my EVO to put a pin on certain apps. You could use it just for the one app, even if you buy the Pro for $1.99, it's cheaper than $70.

I will check that out. Thanks. I am getting a refund from the app developer, so that is cool on their part. I learned quite a bit with this little experience!
