Latest News on TMO SG Note?

Alright, initial reports had the Galaxy Note coming out tomorrow, then a few little blurbs pushed it back until 8/8/12. Either way, it surprises me that since then, there's actually no talk about this phone anywhere it seems.

Is it going to already be outdated when it finally arrives (i.e. last year's Note) given the rumors of a Note 2's release as early as September? Is anyone excited about getting this phone on TMO?

Outdated or not, as a loyal TMO customer, I don't have much of a choice if I want the big screen and probably will take what's offered - if it's ever released, that is.

Has anyone heard anything or have any thoughts on the matter?

I hope that T-Mobile give us note next month as a photographer is a must have.

Any new word on this release? I'm on vacation & have Internet access for about 10 minutes a day, so I can't stay current on what's going on. Can anybody gimme the scoop?

I would totally wait, the new larger screen 5.5 in, and a 1.6Ghz Quad Core processor .... I work at a retail Tmo store, and I'm definitely upgrading from my HTC Amaze.
