Did you Wipe Cache Partition, Repair apps & run Galaxy App Booster? I do 3 cache partition wipes as a habit back from the days when I used to run custom ROM's. After you wipe cache partition, instead of rebooting immediately, scroll to the bottom and select repair apps. Once it does that and finishes booting, run the Galaxy App Booster in the Good Guardians App.

I did the above and mine is actually running faster since the update.

Duh...Thanks for the reminder. Followed the guide @ironass posted https://forums.androidcentral.com/s...partition-repair-apps-galaxy-app-booster.html

I should have remembered this, but I claim age-related failure. Running now

I got the Android 13 update, but still on October security patch... I don't get why they didn't bundle it with the update. Seems kind of silly. Factory unlocked model.

Another thing to try would be disabling RAM Plus. I forgot I had already done this as well.
Settings -> Battery and Device Care -> Memory
Click on RAM Plus at the bottom, toggle it off in the next screen
