Latest update glitched up my phone.

After the latest update for my razr M, my phone keeps randomly turning off and I have to plug it in and reboot it to get it back on. It is happening several times a day. Anyone have some words of wisdom or is a factory reset my best option?

Factory reset is the first thing to try. Let us know when you complete it and the outcome.
