launch an app

Hi, I developed an app having apk and well as jar file(having server side coding) and db scripts. My question is how can I unload complete app in google play... As per my understanding I can upload apk on google play only.
Please let me know if I am wrong.

You need to build .apk file and then uppload it on Google Play.

You need to:
- get a Google developer account ($25)
- build a signed apk
- upload it in the Google play through the Google play developer console
