Launch Bar behavior in 5.1

Since the upgrade to 5.1 (Sense 7), I'm no longer able to launch any of the launch bar apps from the lock screen. Is this an intended "feature"?

Works fine for me. Have tried restarting phone or wiping cache?

Restarting didn't change anything nor did changing the apps in the launch bar. Guess wiping the cache is next.
