launcher pro is locking the Phone up

I was using LP+ on 2.1. When I installed 2.2, the phone crashed and wouldnt go past the bootloader. The VZW tech blamed it on LP, but was able to flash the phone back to 2.1. With a stock 2.1 device, I reinstalled 2.2 and it crashed again, proving LP wasnt the issue.

I am now running LP+ on 2.2 on a new phone and its working perfectly.
