I use ADW on the Nook Color and it works well. Having the option to set up the numbrmer of icons on the homescreens makes it feel more like a tablet not a large phone os.
I have to agree that zeam is the best iv'e seen so far. LP just didn't work out for me on the NC. Zeam looks nice, ecspecially if you remove the standard B&N bar from the homescreen.

A 3rd party launcher will help you lose the bar on your homescreen, but if you want to lose it all around, you're out of luck. Nookie Froyo has the traditional Android status bar on top.
Yeah I believe I used a setting in Zeam to remove it, I could be wrong though, but Will is right, the B&N bar will pop back up when you open certain apps, still nice to get it off your home screen though.
