leaked skype video doesnt work with leaked mr2 update?

Well, I updated to the mr2 leak and tired to install Skype, it installed but would not run. Anyone else have thus problem?

This is why I have decided not to go for any updates until the official Skype Video is released. Current stock is not that horrible and I want Skype.

fyi, last time, the mr1 was installed on my cell phone without my consent, and i've heard of someone else complaining of hte same thing

i got the mr2 ruu and that didn't work with skype, so i rooted, and it worked fine with the stock rom. i flashed to das bamf 1.7 and skype worked as well. most people who didn't want the update were able to decline it, i don't know why i was never given that option, and it installed the mr1 update. not sure if this will be a problem with the mr2. but if it does happen to update by itself, you can always root and flash, i think any mr1 based rom should work, but i read that the gb or mr2 based roms won't work.

the skype w/video wont work on the gingerbread roms so stick to froyo roms. up until the other day i was rocking premr1 rooted stock rom. i got my TB 2 days after that OTA and i declined it when it tried to push it then rooted.

so either premr1 rooted, mr1 rooted or other froyo roms and u should be good

Skype works on das BAMF, including the latest Gingerbread-based version. I'm using the MR2 radio with the das BAMF and can confirm that Skype works.
