About the system I would like to know can I update my phone from 2.3.4 to 3.0 just want learn

Just to clarify things, Android v3.x is for tablets (Honeycomb)

Android 4.x (Ice Cream Sandwich) is the newest OS which will accommodate both smartphone and tablet under one OS.
