I haven't used my 5 for a while as I got myself a 6 pro. However my Son wrecked his phone while on a stag break and needs a temporary replacement. I started my 5 up and it still says that I'm on the beta but it doesn't show as being an eligible device. Can I just do a factory reset and give the phone to my Son or will I need to leave the beta? Thanks in advance, David.

If you are talking about the Android 12 QPR3 Beta, you should have gotten the stable Android 12 QPR3 update, after which you should be able to unenroll from the Beta program without factory reset. If you are talking about the Android 13 beta, the page linked below says you won't be able to unenroll without a factory reset.
