Leaving the Fascinate

Sadly, I will be leaving the Fascinate behind because my 3rd on has crapped out.

After arguing with VZW all morning, they agreed to send me a Droid X. I will try it out and if I don't like, I will be sending it back and getting a 4th refurbed Fascinate.

We will see.

I am about to give up on this phone too and in general any Samsung phone. I have had it with the poor CS from them and the long delays in updates.

Shannon what kind of problems were you having, i had only 1 from the time i bought it till the freak accident. perhaps if you end up getting another one we can help you out.

I've had just one fascinate as well, haven't had a single issue that wasn't resolvable through the good folks here at AC! I personally love this phone and believe myself fortunate not to of had many problems with it! On a side note I will agree that with all my previous VZW phones I have had a lot of defects with them and had to have them replaced frequently. The Fascinate has been my most stable phone yet! Whatever problems you have had with the phone, be sure to post them here in the forums. There are plenty of us willing to help the best we can!

Must agree with you. Other that the lack of phone support, this phone has been real good to me. I've only had one phone. Been fortunate that it has never had any real problems. And even more that I came across this website and given so much help on making my phone the awesome device that it is now.
