LED notification light no longer working

A few updates ago, the LED notification light stopped working. I don't know if the was related to the update or if it is a mechanical problem. Is there way to "turn on" the LED light?

Yup. You should be able to access this menu and test several parts of the phone, including the LED Notification light.
