LED Notification Light

Does anyone know how to turn on/off the LED notification light? Mine worked a few times but now it will not and I can't find any setting for it!!

Anyone have an idea?

Longing for the Palm days when you clicked on Notifications and had full control. I'm aggravated that so far, I can't control the color for texts different than vm's, without switching text programs. Assuming the phone can use different colors.

That's the one thing I miss about my Blackberry as well!

it can do different colors. I use gmail notifier for controlling notifications on multiple gmail accounts. I do miss the blackberry like control of notifications.

From my testings, it seems that the only time the Notification light ever goes on is when the screen is off. If the screen is on, no notification lights when a message comes in.

And there some apps in the Market so you can use different colors for different apps.
