LED Notification Not Working After Kit Kat Upgrade

I can't get any LED notifications to work after upgrading to KitKat. I tried uninstalling the app and restarting the phone. Is there something I need to do to activate LED notifications to work?

Have you tried the factory reset? Most issues can be cleared up by doing this.

I haven't. I would rather not have to reinstall everything and redo all my settings. Anyone have any other suggestions?

I have been having the same issue and curious if there is a fix outside of resetting the phone due to that being quite a bit of work considering how much stuff I have on it.
