I wanted to set certain colors for different notifications so I downloaded lite flow but it barely works ! Does anyone know an app for that or what I can do to make this one work or something !

Root

On my Samsung galaxy s3 running android 4.0

Because unlike ios, i keep my apps in app drawers, and not in infinite cluttered homescreens

its not perfected on unrooted north american s3s
works perfect on my international :p

I've done some reading n I'm gettin mixed info about it...it seems like its good to do because you can customize the phone more n stuff but then some people say it's dangerous ...I'm confused..should I do it? I would love to have more customize options...

rooting is pretty safe but then youll be itching to flash roms and check out the thread on this very forum who may have bricked his brand new s3 lol (hopefuly itl be ok)

For you guys that rooted your phone what more customize options you have now ? N can you root the sprint version galaxy s3? I heard you can't.

think they can all now be rooted mate.
basicly you can uninstall all the apps samsung and your carrier pre-installed (bloatware) to free up memory, use certain apps that require root to get right into the guts of your phone, and flash new firmware (operating systems) you could have Jellybean right now if you wanted or a Cyanogen rom which gives you much more control and customisation of the phone.
its like removing the safety lock the manufacturers put on the phone so we cant brick them.
it also voids your guarantee! (get insurance) :)
