Left W10M and had some questions...

I have left W10M and picked up a used Nexus 6 to tryout android. One of the things I really liked about W10M was how Cortana would pop up a reminder when it was time to leave for an appointment based on the traffic. I see that Google Assistant has travel time for any appointment that I have on my calendar, but I want to have it give me a full screen pop up to tell me its time to go. Is something like that in there and I am just missing it?

I also wanted a way to have reminders snooze for a different amout of time other than an hour or 15 mins. Is there a way to change this also?

I am an Android Noob for sure and could really use the help on this.

I don't believe there's a way to have Google notifications come up as fullscreen. It should be pretty prominent, though -- you should see it as a banner notification at the top of the screen, and if you don't dismiss it, the notification icon will remain in the status bar (and the swipedown notification panel).

Which reminders are you referring to? Are they through the Google app, Google Keep, or some other app?
