After rooting and installing ThundeROM w/ the OC kernel, what files do I need to leave on my sd card and what can go? I've got a couple of archives named Build Prop, the busybox, su, rage, and flash_image files still sitting in the root of my SD. What's safe to burn (after backing up on PC of course)??

You don't NEED any of them. I leave the buildprops and the latest ROM zip file in case I need to reflash and I'm not near a computer, but none of them are needed to run the phone.

Personally, I like to categorize items on my phone, so that I can mod it from anywhere. I have folders that contain all the roms my current baseband can support, kernels, themes, etc.

So, as long as you are use zefie or drellisdee's 1.2 recovery, you can dig into the folders to choose what to flash. I even keep flash_image and my different custom recoveries in a folder, in case I need to do something that one does not support, that the other one does.

And, you don't need a computer to do it. Well, actually you do, it's the phone.
