Less than an hour of phone calls = 30% battery left, on ICS

I've had the extended battery on all OS releases, and am finding that phone calls and screen usage is decimating the battery since I got ICS. standby seems about right, but when making calls, or having the screen on, the battery is getting hit harder than on GB. The two biggest battery items are Phone and Screen, comprising 56% of usage today. android OS is next at 11%.

I really don't want to do a reset. can anyone give me ideas besides that? I'm not up spending hours getting the phone back to "normal" following a reset. i'm not rooted.

EDIT: Let me add, I'm NOT having any "weird" issues with the phone otherwise, unlike many that have been told to reset. Speed is fine and all the things I've tried have been working normally (ie, same as before ICS).

After reading your post, I have some questions about your issue. What was the battery level before starting to make your phone calls? Was the battery fully charged? It will help me determine whether it's really a battery or software issue. I've been running ICS ever since the leaks started coming out and I haven't had that bad of a problem with my battery on the BIONIC. I found that GB was worse on my battery than ICS based on my personal experience.

It was fully charged overnight. On gb I can go all day. On ICS it's struggling with the slightest usage. Wish I could switch phones with you.
