I'm at the airport right now. I have my phone right now. I'll be in Central America in about 3 hours. When I get there, (a) if I leave my phone on and make no calls will I get charged? (b) if I decide to play Angry Birds, will I get charged? (c) when my phone battery dies and I need to plug it in, will I get charged?

All I really need my phone is to take pics for my mini vacation; it's much easier for my to carry my Evo then my mack-daddy Sony CyberShot a900. Would I get charged for just having my phone on????

To play it safe, keep it on Airplane mode. Just in case you have something on auto sync.

If your data connection is on, you'll get charged data roaming, whenever something updates, such as email, weather, other apps and etc.

You may want to turn the phone radios off or just leave it in airplane mode, while you're traveling.

I turn almost everything off, when I go to Canada.

You can still use wifi for net and email.
