LG 2 Microsoft Exchange Update problems

I see I should have consulted the forum before I got this phone four days ago. Has there been any update or patch issued for this problem? My phone stopped updating my work emails about 24 hours ago.
Our tech department is understaffed and generally leaves Droid users on their own in addressing problems.

Sorry about the delay in replying. Have there been any updates to address the issue? Have you tried emailing Microsoft or the developer about what is going on?
