LG 4 not charging or syncing

My LG G4 has been acting strange, it has been not responding to touch , freezing up and now not charging giving me the use standard charger to charge faster but won't charge.

I'd highly recommend going to your carrier for support. Have you pulled the battery and let it sit? Did it get wet? Charger cord yanked viciously?

Yes , now the charge port icon flashing off and on and finally stuck on LG screen on boot up.
Sprint said part of those on recall for motherboard problem.
I tried two weeks earlier to get them to do it but said mine wasn't showing g enough of the problem then.
