LG-715 after start keypad not coming to enter the password

Please my LG-715 after start but keypad not coming to enter the password ...appearing safemode on the display and only I can open emergency calls....Any way please to solve this problem???

Welcome to Android Central! How are you powering the phone on? Are you only pressing the Power button, or are you also pressing a Volume button as well? Pressing the Vol Down button during the boot process causes the phone to enter Safe Mode, so if you're pressing it (or if the button is broken and stuck in a pressed state), that could cause the problem.

Thanks, I tried to hard reset by pressing the 3 buttons power + v0lume down+hot key but even not able to hard reset..only the safe mode coming but password entering screen appears and when touching it nothing comes. At that time the keypad should come to enter the password but the keypad not come????

What happens if you just pull the battery for 10 seconds, then reinsert it, and power on normally?
