LG Backup Fails at Lock Screen and Home Screen

Hi everyone!

So I've been trying to use LG Backup to make a backup of my phone on my SD.

It backs up everything fine... except for my Lock Screen and Home Screen.

It says Incomplete and when I expand the details, it says Not Found.

I've tried it multiple times now and I've cleared cache and restarted my phone, etc.

Any ideas on what's going on?

Just a guess, but LG Backup isn't a fully-debugged program? (I wouldn't know - I always flash TWRP to my pones and use that to do a full backup of everything in one shot.)

There could definitely be a bug in the system because it HAS worked before. I'm going to redo my lock and Home Screen - wallpapers and such - over again and then try backing up.

I'm kind of wondering if removing my SD card at one point might have affected it because my Gallery is all on my card.

There is no more "LG Backup." It's now called "Lg Mobile Switch" - as in switching from a different phone.

"LG Backup isn't a fully-debugged program" - good guess but I highly doubt it. I've been using it for many years, Starting with LG G3.

It will not backup everything. Non standard stuff you may have to skip. And I use a different program for backing up Textra SMS.
