LG Box Partnership

Whoa...good find broheem :) I just downloaded the "Box" app and registered from my phone and BOOM...50Gigs of free storage. I'm rooted and using sROM and its workin like a charm.

I just did the same too. Then i went to download for my ipad (i figured i may want those files there too). They are offering 50gb too thru the app store, just throwing that out there.

Very cool. Can't be any easier.
Get "Box" from the Market, register and you get the storage automatically.

Thanks for the info.

I wonder if editing the build.prop to mimic an LG phone would allow any Android phone user the ability to get 50GB free.

This is awesome - now I know where to keep all my nandroid backups!

I've already uploaded backups for rooting/flashing 11/20/11 the kravens CM7.2/Gingerbreaked stock VD, etc

Now I'm in the process up loading my nandroid backups here as well.

I didn't think of that, now I'm probably going to do the same. :D

Got a promotional email after sign up for free 50 gb accounts for coworkers. Must have same @work addresses.

How do you get your nands to upload? I always get an error about certain files being to large !

Apparently the free "personal" account only allows file upload up to 100MB. The "business" account which allows larger file uploads costs $15/mo. The system.img file in the nandroid backup is usually >100MB. I would love to hear any clever solutions that anyone has figured out...

That irritated me aswell, I kind of just gave up on uploading nandroids and started using it for single file transfers between my devices. Kind of a shame with all that space...
