Lg g flex 2 (ls996) - stuck on "security error (authentication fail #9)"

Hello everyone
My cellphone LG G Flex2 LS 996 got a problem, when i am starting it it shows security error and shutdown any one has solution of this problem please reply

Please, I have the same problem, I can't even turn on the phone... it is also an LG G Flex2 LS 996, it shows: "Security error Authentication fail #9".... can't get passed it... please help us!!
