How do I hook the lg g pad 7.0 LTE up to the tv to watch downloaded movies? No internet? Thanks

I don't think you can with a cable. The tablet needs to support either MHL or SlimPort, and it's not listed on either site:

Which TV do you have? Does it support screen mirroring? If so, then check the tablet's settings and see if there's a screen mirror option as well.
