Lg g pad 8.0 suddenly stops charging.

I have owned an lg g pad 8.0 for 5 years and commonly use it while charging. I also charge it even if its at 100 percent cause my apps drain the battery. Just three days ago it suddenly stopped charging and the battery is drained. Please help me.

So now it won't turn on or charge? Original battery? Sounds like it will need replacement.

it wont charge. i know that because if a device is charging my charging station will make a light. yes it is the original battery.

Most likely going to need a new battery

More likely it needs both a new battery and a new charging port.
