LG G Stylo why I'm not able to hear caller?

I have LG G Stylo , while on a call for a few minutes I'm not able to hear caller but caller is able to hear me. I have shut down the phone down and restarted the phone this still has not solve the problem. Also while on a call I cannot hear when the second line ring/beep only when I have use speaker phone.

Welcome to Android Central! So you initially can hear the other caller through the earpiece mic, but than after a few minutes you can't? Are you able to ear the person consistently on speakerphone, or using wired or Bluetooth headsets?

Use a can of compressed air to blow out the headphone jack, in case there's some debris in there that might be causing the jack to malfunction and think that you plugged a headphone in.
