LG G2 into Nexus 5

Has anybody given this a try?

I've got my free white G2 arriving tomorrow and can't wait to play around with it. This looks pretty cool and easy?

They're just installing the launcher and new search apps. Not hard at all. You can also install a kitkat ROM to get an even closer look. I have been for awhile now and prefer it over the LG software.

Looks pretty straight forward to me.. However I will wait until the official update.. I don't mind the stock look of the g2

I like the LG G2 UI too, well I don't mind it. I also like the 5 icon across too, not a fan of the bigger icons. I am interested in the new Google search form Kit Kat, can I install that apk? I'm running Malladus ROM.

Yeah, I'm not that impressed with the differences he stressed that were so "amazing".

For example, he stressed, more than once, that the settings menu was so different and so less convoluted on the Nexus than the G2. Well, on the G2 you have the option of a tab view setting, or a list view. If you choose list view, it's the EXACT same as what he thought was so amazing with the Nexus.

Also, I think the speed of the G2 is also stellar...he didn't seem to think so.

Sorry, I guess I'm being nit-picky and defensive. Just my opinion.

apks = apps. So yeah its easy to uninstall.

I just use CM on my G2. More than happy with it and would recommend it.
