LG G2 Rooted but won't flash

[AC Question]

So i have my LG G2 D802, I applied ioroot,
and checked it though root checker, everything working fine, but when i go into rom manager and install clockworkmod it wont flash, it says its installed but when i go into recovery mode, it's plain old Android System Recovery <3e> KPT49I.D80220d test keys...
Any Help???

it seems my phone has deleted the aboot.img and some other .img
however my phone seems to function fine, however i would like to run cm11 so i will need those files
are those img vital for my phone????
