Hello.
Both these phones are in my list. But there are some things I like on G2 and some on S4. So how to choose better?

Battery, screen size, screen quality is enough for me. But how about these features:
Does G2 have Voice commands, Pedometer, Termometer (I very like S healt and S healt on S4)?
I think S4 and G2 is like: Many sensors, expandable memory and removable battery vs fast processor. S4 is more like a toy. Which G2 or S4 would you choose and why? First impressions of Lg was wooow, but not I think S4 is better If I am not hacker who needs super fast processor.

How do you think, will we get removable battery in Europe?
In November - S4 or G will be cheaper? (Now in my country S4 still costs 900$)

I'd go with the LG G2 just because it has the Snapdragon 800, making it more future proof.

I will be in the same boat when my upgrade comes up on Dec 1st.
My main concern with the S4 will be a phone that will be 7+ months old at that time.
Also, with me being with Sprint, this is all dependent on them re-releasing the S4 with Tri-Band functionality. We know that Sprint's G2 will have it.
Just have to be patient and read the reviews when the G2 finally comes out. :)

I tend to agree with this, once the phone is official out and normal people have used it only then will we be able to determine if this is the phone to have over the S4/HTC. Me personally I am hoping what it looks like on paper and initial reviews holds to be true as it will blow anything else out of the water.

I am looking to upgrade my S3 in the next 2 months so timing should be perfect to either pick up a S4 or ideally the G2

Anti shake lens is a big deal for me. Also I find my S4 locks up frequently. As far as the HTC One, I didn't like the OS compared to the S4.

It's not even close. The only advantage the S4 has (if you want to call it that) is removable battery and expandable storage.

I have the S4, got it last week since its a 32GB I had to get it from phone sales. I am likely going to return it and wait out the new phone launches. The fact that I cannot unlock the bootloader and do what I want is a huge negative. Plus I know it will be either the GN3 in a few months or something else that I will want so I prefer to hold my upgrade now. Annoying part is mailing my phone back takes months to get a credit back on my card.

What I want to know is what the LG G2 UI is like and how it differs from the S4's touchwiz UI? Spec wise it seems like the G2 definitely has the advantage aside from the S4 having the removable battery and an sd card slot. I like features from the moto x but it's not "future proof ready" tho combining it with droid maxx hardware would seriously put it in consideration. I'm due for a phone upgrade at the end of the month and right now my top three choices are: 1. G2 2. S4 3. Droid Maxx. The G2 UI could make or break the deal. The others aren't convincing enough, I may just wait for the nexus 5...

Both the Samsung and LG interfaces are going to be a matter of preference, also since very few people have had a chance to play with the G2 its not an easy comparison

Spec wise the G2 blows everything out of the water, will have to see if the experience actually using the phone does the same. I for one hope it does

I have a feeling this will be THE Android Phone to have on Sprint because of Tri-Band support.

This is my main selling point. But not only that, the Snapdragon 800 is a monster!

I've been with Samsung since the Galaxy S 1 (Samsung Epic on Sprint). It's been fun Samsung but I like change and there's not much change from the S3 to the S4. I'm looking forward to;
- The larger battery
- Triband support (sprint only)
- LCD 1080p screen
- Software Android buttons (menu, home, back, etc.)
