LG G3 call problem

Hi, I am having a problem with my LG G3 (two weeks old Uk model bought on Amazon, using Three UK). I have data and I am able to connect to internet. I can receive text messages, but I can not do calls or receive any call. If I try to call my phone form another handset my number rings free, but my phone does not ring at all.

Any suggestion?

It's difficult to say whether that's a hardware or software problem. Have you tried Settings, Apps, All, Phone (there are several phone-related apps: the one with the blue handset icon), and selecting Force Stop? Then Power Off and Restart and try again.
Also, the SIM card may be causing trouble. Perhaps too the radio bands are not right. Have you spoken to Three about it?

At least until you can fix the phone, you can use your Google Voice phone number, and make calls with Hangouts.
