I am a user of an LG device. More specific an LG G3 D855 32gb (3gb ram). I bought this smartphone 2 years and 3 months ago after a lot of research and of course, savings. It was a big expense for me. But a smartphone is very useful for my job, emails etc. When i first bought it i didn't agree to the EULA, because i would give the LG the right to update my phone. I did this because the stock firmware was absolutely great. The phone was great, fast and the display one of the best in the market. Never touched, rooted or updated anything. Everything was great until 10 days ago, that i agreed the EULA, being sure that the updates 2 years later will not be beta or buggy and the phone would be even better. So after the update, the well known problem everyone knows as BootLoop, started. The first thing to do was to buy a new LG original battery but that wasn't the problem. The phone never came back to normal. I tried to update, fix error updates, hard reset it and even restored the stock android. The phone cannot boot at all. The thing is that i suggested the LG flagships to everyone i met. My new boss asked me what smartphone should
he buy and i told him the new LG G5, so he did. My friends bought the LG G4. And i have bought to my girlfriend the LG G4s Beat. This means i have a lot of respect for the company and promoted it everywhere i could. Now i am the only one without a smartphone. And its not my fault. From the first day i bought the best phonecase, tempered glass and a
second one in case the first one is broken. Never heated it, never took it in moist enviroments etc. I take care of my phone better than my self because it is a tool for me.
What if you have everything in perfect condition in your macbook and after one update you lose your laptop? And of course i am 3 months after the end of the warranty. So i ask you, why should i pay even 1 more euro for something i didn't do wrong? I talked with my country's LG department and they said of course, you have to pay to fix it. Is it fair?
