LG G3 D855 stuck in fastboot?

[Android Central Question]

i have installed all the USB drivers , adb and fastboot drivers but the device is not connected to the pc.
when we disconnect and reconnect the device error is shown as

usb read() transaction failed
fastboot: opps!
help me
