[LG G3] Incompatible apps?

I have the verizon G3. My problem is that some of the google play games are not appearing in my play store. The first time is when my friend told me to download a hidden object game but I wasn't able to find it. However, she was able to search for it in her play store. She has the note 2 btw.

The second time is today. I'm trying to look for my country 2020, which is a game I played before on my note 2 but couldn't find it. So can someone search for this game on their g3 and see if you can find it? I feel like I'm missing out on numerous apps that other people can find and I can't. I usually search for new apps in the trending section and if this continue to happen, I will keep on missing any potential app I might like.

Given the G3's quad-HD screen, there's a greater chance that some apps won't be compatible. I agree with Golfdriver97--check the app in Google Play Store on the web, and it will tell you if it's compatible with your phone.

The reason you're missing some apps is because they aren't yet compatible with your device. For example your screen resolution is way greater than the note 2. So there are apps that won't appear for you.

I'm sorry but what do you mean by desktop version in the play store? Do you mean going into a browser and check from there? I'll try that now

I don't know about this, the other apps from this company is showing up on my phone. Their original my country hasn't been updated for a while and I can still see it and this one has updated recently but I can't see it.

Edit: well, I just went into my browser and got the link to the app on play store and it's telling me the my device isn't compatible. Um..this is weird, like i said before, I can play games from them that aren't updated in a long time but I can't play games updated recently?

All of this has to do with the developer. Chances are you can find the .apk to download manually and install it and it will probably work fine.

On the desktop, it says not compatible with the LG G3 VS985.

This is the reason many apps don't appear on Google Play on certain devices . Compatibility issues ..

I have the G3, just switched over from the M8. I need help getting the Starbucks app and the HTC Sense TV app--both come up saying they are incompatible. I use both daily. I don't know how to do the "APK" thing, can anyone help?
