lg g3 is working but screen is blank

I am receiving notifications and I can unlock phone with double tap and the backlight works aswell but its a black screen, heres a video

Looks like the panel is broken and needs to be replaced. Since it's out of warranty, you'll need to contact your insurance provider (if it's insured) or look into replacing it on your own or retailer.
