LG G3 Lollipop 5.0.1... no new lockscreen or notification panel???

My Verizon Lg G3 (VS98523C) just recently received the 5.0.1 update and I'm noticing that when I swipe down the notications panel, it's the same as before (I'd heard I would have to swipe down twice or with two fingers).

Also, my lockscreen is the same as before. Yes, I get the new style notifications but I'm also able to put widgets on it (I read that was gone). And, when there is a notification on my lockscreen, and I tap it to get to that info, I'm then asked to swipe the whole screen again.

Anyone else seeing any of these? Did I not get the full update?

Thanks.

That's LG's beautiful skin. (sarcasm) That's all the lollipop you get on the lock screen. 2 notifications, and having to swipe the screen after tapping one of them.

Yeah, just love how LG hobbled the lockscreen. I took a look at the HTC M9 lockscreen and love their implementation of it. Can swipe down on each notification to expand it on the lockscreen, can see all of them at once (not just two) and just double-click to open the app (vs click, then swipe to unlock).
I have several complaints about Lollipop in general, but this one is purely an issue with the way LG implemented it. I hope they take some corrective action in their next update to make it more functional (which will probably be months from now).
