LG G3: Phone fried?

Hey,

day before yesterday I connected my phone to charge and when I woke up the next morning, I noticed it was very hot and saw that the opening screen was running on loop.

At first I thought it might be the battery again, as I've had the problem with the loop screen before. However, when I switched my battery with my dad's (who also has a working LG G3) it still did not boot.

So now I'm thinking my motherboard might be fried. I do hope that that is not the case, though. When taking out the battery, a slightly darker patch is visible - is that an indicator? The patch has been there before though, too when it was still working. Can it be that the motherboard was already slightly scorched and has now fully fried?

Most importantly: Does anyone know if I can still fix my phone? I've only had it for 1-2 years... :^/

thanks!

Btw. here's a picture of the patch

Hello! I would contact LG Customer Service through their online website. They're usually pretty quick to respond. They will recommend sending your phone to them - is there a cellular repair shop in your area? It's always good to get a second opinion on these types of things.
