LG G3 replacement App for Motorola Smart Action.

I loved the Smart Actions, or SmartActions on my Droid Rzr Maxx and was very disappointed when I learned my new LG G3 did not have anything like it pre-installed. I have looked at Google Play for a replacement app and haven't found anything comparable. Does anyone have suggestions for a replacement? This app would change phone settings (silent ring, text message response "I'm busy," etc) depending upon location or time/day settings. I loved this app, depended on it - would love your help.
