LG G3, Restart loop issue only on GSM cell mode.

Hello, I've had this problem the day I bought my phone. I thought it was a battery problem (Saw in internet that battery was responsible for constant), so changed the battery 2 times ! After I saw no help I tried to find what's the reason and found out that the problem only occurs when I set my phone data on GSM mode. When it runs only on 4G mode it works perfectly fine. Any suggestions ?

PS: It doesn't matter if the cellucar data is on or off, the problem and the solution is the same.

Welcome to Android Central! Does the Preferred Network Type menu have an Automatic option? Is there a reason why you set it on GSM only?

How long have you had the phone? I assume you bought it used -- if it wasn't too long ago, can you ask the seller for an exchange or refund?
