I have 2 identical G3 phones running Android 6.0 on T-Mobile, both equipped with SD cards on which photos and videos are stored.
The phones' File Manager can access the SD storage for viewing photos and playing videos.
Previously, both phones could transfer files between the Windows 10 operating systems on both a Dell 2350 and a Surface Pro. The Windows 10 File Manager could "see" both internal and SD storage on the phones when they were connected to the computer. (I made no changes, did not touch the SD cards after initial installation.)
One of the phones can still transfer files, but Windows 10 File Manager (on both computers) no longer registers the SD card on one of the G3s, so files cannot be transferred.
Any ideas why the SD card can work fine with the phone but not with the computer? Thanks for any help.
