LG G3 stuck on LG screen (bootloop)

[Android Central Question]

My LG G3 completely froze on me and would not power off even when holding the power button for over 10 seconds. I was then forced to remove the battery in hopes of putting it back in and powering up. The phone then powered up and got stuck on the lg screen.

I have tried Multiple times to power it on and off with no luck of getting any further.

I have tried multiple times holding down the volume down and power and doing a factory reset but this has led back to the lg screen.

I have tried connecting my phone to the pc and using LG PC suite to repair it, but once the phone is in download mode using volume down it just gets stuck on 0% of a firmware update.

I then tried to access download mode again to attempt to reset the phone to its stock firmware, but could not even get to download mode anymore.

I am out of ideas, anyone have anything to try? thanks.

The same thing has happened to my phone yesterday.

Haven't tried to factory reset yet as do not want to lose any of the photos.

Any ideas or replies as to why this might have occurred?
